One-on-One Mindfulness Coaching
One-on-one mindfulness coaching sessions include guided sitting meditation practices and guided mindful movement (such as walking and gentle yoga). Specific practices such as mindful self-compassion, and loving-kindness practices are also offered. In our sessions, through formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices and dialogue, we will gently investigate all the moments in our life with curiosity and interest. You will gain skills and tools to better navigate life’s challenges. Recordings of individual sessions are offered so you can practice on your own throughout the week.
